Online payment

  1. What payment do you accept?
    We are using E-ghl payment gateway which accept online bank transfer(FPX), debit card and credit card. We also accept direct bank transfer to our company bank account as below:

Online order delivery

  1. How much delivery cost to me
     Delivery charges will be shown during order checkout base on total
     weight of order and shipping address.  
  1. When will I receive my order?
     Order delivery timeframe:  West Malaysia 1-3days 

                                                                      East Malaysia 7-14days

Orders received before 3pm will be send out on the same day (except Saturday & Sunday) 

Orders received after 3pm will be handled on the next working day. 
Delivery may take additional time during public holidays.

  1. Can I pay extra for express delivery?
    For urgent orders, you can contact us to arrange Lalamove delivery service
    to deliver your parcel. Kindly contact our staff to check on the charges.

  2. Where do you ship the product from?

        We ship out our product from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur.

  1. Can I choose to pick up from your office as per address in website?
    Yes, you can order online as usual and choose to pick up at our office upon checkout, you can also choose to do payment using cash/credit card/debit card at our office. Just inform us your order number upon arrival.

Return and refund

1. Can I return or ask for refund after purchase?
   
Our goods sold are neither returnable or refundable. If you having
    compatible issue to the products, kindly contact us to discuss further on
    the solution.

How do I order online?

  1. You need to create your Kameha account in our website and login to start order.
  1. Choose products you want to order and add into cart
  1. Choose shipping/delivery type you need and proceed to checkout


  2. Enter your billing details

 

  1. If you need to ship to different address need to choose and fill in your address

       

  1. Choose what payment method you want and press proceed order


  2. Fill in your payment detail and submit payment

 

  1. Order completed. Please screenshot or take down your order number as a record.

 

Order Cancellation

  1. Can I cancel my order after order success?

          You can cancel order if the order is still not completed with payment.
           For completed payment transaction, you can call us to check details if
           you need to cancel order. 

          Order during shipping cannot be cancelled.

       Product warranty

        1. How long warranty I can get for the product purchased?

  •   Kameha device 1 year warranty.
      (matrix,extender,spliter,switcher,controller,converter,scaler)
  •   Kameha cable 3 months warranty
  •   Non Kameha products all 3 months warranty

     **If products is under man-made damaged, no warranty will be provided
